Ian came out the same day, well actually within half an hour of my call. He gave sound and honest advice. The repair would have been too costly for an older machine. I messaged Ian with details of my washing machine problems. He phoned back within an hour asked a few questions and diagnosed the issue. He advised that the age of the washing machine and the likely cost of the repair would not be cost effective and to put the money towards buying a new machine. Ian was really helpful over the phone and rather then charge me a call out fee to confirm the problem he gave me some good advice. Excellent service. Rang to enquire about the washing machine as the door was jammed. Within an hour it was fixed and working. Top quality work and great prices aswell. Will be using Ian again if ever we have anymore problems.

I phoned Ian beforehand & described the problem with my dishwasher & he advised that due to it's age repair would not be economical. I sourced a replacement and took advantage of his removal and fitting service. He removed my faulty machine and installed and tested my new appliance.
