It's always a bit of a risk, going along for a massage with a therapist you've not met before. I didn't have any qualms with Cara. Her communication was brilliant from my initial enquiry and throughout the whole process. The massage itself was simply excellent. Professional. warm and intuitive. Can't wait to go for my next treatment. Highly recommended.

Cara is the best massage therapist I have come across. She has the expertise to realise the parts of the body that need attention. She really cares and goes all out to make one feel comfortable and certainly relaxed. I have a weekly massage with Cara without which my body would not function like it should.

Top notch service - I'm so glad I went to Vital Touch. I would definitely recommend as Cara put me at ease, she was really friendly and I felt a lot better after. It was my 1st proper massage ever, but it was a very comfortable/relaxing environment and really helped on ongoing shoulder problem I have.
