I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOME - THEY TOOK MY MOTHER KNOWING SHE HAD DEMENTIA AND THEN DECIDED 3 MONTHS LATER THEY NO LONGER WANTED HER AND GAVE US NOTICE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC (28 DAYS)! I WOULD NOT TRUST THE MANAGEMENT WHEN I VISITED MY MUM SHE APPEARED TO BE SEDATED (I HAVE NO PROOF) MY MUM IS NOW THRIVING IN ANOTHER HOME

My grandmother was a Westlands resident until her death. The care my grandmother received was of the highest quality. The staff at Westlands were wonderful; kind, friendly, cheerful and compassionate. We were always made to feel very welcome when we visited and the professional approach of the Westlands team provided peace of mind during a difficult time. I'm very pleased we found Westlands. My grandmother's time there was very happy and she was always treated with dignity, warmth and compassion.

My mum has been at Westlands now for several years and we continue to be very pleased with the level of care she gets. The staff are all lovely and really understand her needs, the owner is very kind and clearly cares about the residents and knows my mum almost as well as I do. We were really worried about moving mum into residential care but the team at Westlands have been so supportive, it couldn't have been a smoother transition. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Westlands.
