Moved to this pharmacy during covid. Have had frustrations getting medication although this has been a consistent supply chain issue rather than any fault of Wells and I've been impressed at the steps the staff have taken to support me with this and find them all professional and friendly. Recommended.

Excellent service

Prescription was accidentally sent to this branch. I was advised that for me to collect it at the correct branch, Teignmouth would have to return the prescription digitally to be picked up from the correct dispenser. Phoned the telephone number provided for over 2.5 hours with no answer. The phone would occasionally be picked up and immediately put down.

The staff are very patient with sometimes difficult and rude customers. The team are always pleasant and helpful as well as professional. Especially the lady pharmacist. A great local business.

The best Pharmacy in the town. Lloyds and Boots seem to suffer from failing to have full time pharmacists on site. When Lloyds ran out of lateral flow tests Well had them. Whenever I go in to pick up a prescription they have it ready and produce it in seconds. The system seems very up to date and efficient.

Staff are always very helpful and cheerful. I have used this chemist through new ownerships to its new location for over 20 years. There are others closer to me but I have no intention of changing to another.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, it's somewhere I visit more frequently, than I would like!

Excellent service from store team, my 6 year old was stung by a bee on her ear, they were great with her and gave us a combination of stuff to help with Pain and swelling etc. GREAT FRIENDLY SERVICE
