Fabulous, professional service. Luke is an excellent plumber. Jude is a helpful, responsive manager. I am very pleased with the quality of the bathrooms fitted, and have ordered more work on the basis of this. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to everyone.

Great service Service: Heating system maintenance

We recently had a problem with a shower pump previously installed by Acoll. Despite Covid , they visited and examined the problem. They ordered the necessary repair kit and we arranged a date for the the work to be done. They turned up on the day and on time. The engineers were polite, friendly and very efficient. We would certainly use them again for plumbing and heating work and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. Service: Heating system repair

Failed to let me know engineer was not going to be on time when I rang to chase had no idea when he would be here despite appointment being made 2 weeks ago. Manager/owner of the company spoke over the top of me, was argumentative and rude and then hung up on me. When I rang back he refused to apologise and said do you want him to come or not. He couldn't have cared less. Rude and arrogant. Will not use again.

Always helpful, clean and tidy. Have used this company several times for my holiday home and their workmanship and attitude are always excellent.
