Couldn’t be happier with the extensive extension and renovation work carried out by chay and his team, they really seem to care about doing things properly and that is reflected in the high quality finish. My project took around 18 months to complete and chay did a fantastic job of organising the local trades people and managing the site. Given that I was only able to physically visit around once per month, the meetings were always well organised and very productive and my instructions were always implemented on point. Highly recommend and would definitely work with again… Remember you get what you pay for and this team do not cut corners!

We had some major building works done. All was project managed by Chay and tradesmen sourced which took a good deal of worry off us. The tradesmen were friendly and pleasant and respected our home by clearing up mess quickly and efficiently. I liked Chay as soon as he came to look at the work that I wanted done which included some major structural work,, nothing was to much trouble, he took the stress out of the whole process. Chay and his team from Garrett Building & Maintenance did an amazing job converting the garage attached to my house into a bedroom and wet room with disability features. He provided a clear and competitive quote and was honest about when work could commence (he was in fact able to start a bit sooner than he estimated due to good weather) One of the things that was particularly good was his status updates I always knew what was going on who would be working on the house and what they would be up to. He also had great attention to detail sorting out issues that cropped up and making sure the work was completed as soon as possible. 5 stars I would highly recommend them.

Chay and his team undertook a total upgrade of our 1960s bungalow including a large extension and kitchen extension.
