I had a fantastic massage at Bodhi and Soul and left feeling so much lighter and more relaxed! I really recommend Cara, she is warm and friendly and paid attention to what I was saying. The massage was very good and was followed up with some great self help tips. If you are looking for a stress relieving treatment, or wanted to get someone a lovely gift I would recommend Bodhi and Soul and will definitely be back!

I first meet Cara as part of a hospital discharge plan, and she has been providing regular treatments for almost two years. A few months ago, she introduced me to Reflexology, with impressive results in relieving back pain. Cara is very caring, and this, combined with her professional skills, makes her an exceptional person whose home visits are much looked forward to.

Cara is such a warm person. I have had reflexology and back massages, which have both been incredible. Her treatment room is spotless and very welcoming. Easy to park.
